About the role

This is an interesting position, with your day consisting of a variety of tasks including:

  • Accounts receivable/collections
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Data entry for basic invoicing/accounts/payroll timesheets
  • Reconciling transactions
  • Customer service and client contact/bookings
  • Setting up payment arrangements for clients and contacting debtors
  • General office/admin tasks as required

What are we looking for

  • Accounts receivable experience
  • Data entry and admin experience - in a similar role ideal
  • Confidence with computer systems important
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude with great customer skills
  • Organised, with good time management and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive and solutions focussed
